No noisy neighbors pestering your peace and quiet as you would find in beach-area rentals. At Eklum House, crickets and frogs lull you into sleep and birds greet you good morning.
EKLUM Neighbors
Puerto Morelos belongs to the second largest barrier reef in the world. By having mangroves that communicate with the sea, the renewal and reproduction of birds, marine species and flora and fauna is facilitated. Dare to visit it on your next vacation and live with very interesting neighbors.
Puerto Morelos Reef National Park
Puerto Morelos Reef National Park was named after its second place on the world-largest reefs. Its coral ecosystem is home to an extensive number of fishes and seaweed that protect extinction-threatened species.
This national park belongs to the Mesoamerican Reef Barrier System, aka the Great Mayan Reef. It was declared as a natural protected zone in ’88. Its sand is white and soft, and its water is so crystal that you will be able to contemplate underwater wildlife of the whole place.
